  • 1. Can you put my unique logo or name on the products?
    Yes, we can put your logo or name onto the products, either by screen printing or engraved laser logo. Just email us the logo or name, we will quote the cost and make sample for your review.

    2. Can I get samples?
    We are happy to send samples for your review. Our sample policy is that some of the samples are free for the low value, some of them need charge the sample cost, and our clients pay the courier cost. Because we receive many samples requests every day, it is hard for us to afford all the shipping costs. But if you do not need the samples urgently, we can send by air mail at our expense. For long term business, we provide all samples at our expense.
    It is also a very practical way to approve samples by photos of high saturation, it is fast and convenient.

    3. What is your payment term?
    for first time business and products with logo of minimum order quantity, our payment term is full payment before production and shipment. For orders more than minimum order quantity, payment term is 30% deposit payment before production and the balance before shipment or upon the confirmation copy of B/L. Letter of Credit is not acceptable.
     
    4. What is your minimum order quantity?
    It depends on which products you order and the complexity of the products. Please contact us for the minimum quantity.

    5. Do you customize products for clients?
    Yes, we custom make products, including but not limited to the color, size, style, logo etc. And we are also able to improve and design new products with your individual requirement.

    6. How to place an order?
    To place the order, tell us the item and quantity you need by email or phone call, we will quote the prices accordingly. Once the prices are confirmed, we will send you the pro-forma invoice with banking information & the delivery date. at the same time, make production sample for your approval, followed by production arrangement and goods shipping.
